WETEX Dubai, UAE: Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is hosting the annual SmarTech as part of the Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX), focusing on the global challenges in the environment sector, finding innovative eco-friendly solutions to support economic growth is essential to preserving and protecting natural resources and controlling pollution, particularly due to the adverse impact of global warming and climate change, and DEWA’s vision to become a world-class sustainable utility.
Organised by DEWA under the umbrella of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy, in fulfillment of the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance, and President of DEWA, WETEX aims to promote green solutions in the water, energy, and environmental sectors at local, regional, and international levels.
